Event Operations Coordinator

The Role

The Events Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the operational management of the travel services we deliver on behalf of our client's festivals and events. With a background in travel operations and a strong grasp of travel regulations, they will manage group flight, bed stock and hotel bookings, liaise with incoming tourist agencies and work with HR and internal departments to ensure our client events are adequately staffed and supported This role works closely between our Customer Experience team and Client Operations and will be a client expert with the ability to build strong client relationships and a deep understanding of their events and their customers.

This is a Full-Time position (37.5 hours per week) and we operate around core hours of 10am and 4.30pm so you can agree some flexibility with your manager regarding your working schedule when you are in the office. However, this role requires a significant amount of travel to festivals and events throughout the year so a willingness to be flexible is a must.

The Candidate

Must Haves: We’re looking for someone with a strong background in the travel industry and a working knowledge of Package Travel regulations. This role would suit someone who has previous experience dealing with block flight and hotel bookings and liaising with incoming tourist agencies.

Nice to haves: Demonstrable passion for music, travel and entertainment, a desire to balance hard work with camaraderie and an appreciation for GIFs, Memes and the occasional office dog.
